Almond iced coffee

Caffè alla Salentina is very refreshing drink based on coffee and almond milk. It is essential to prepare it a few hours in advance so that the milk is properly iced.

PREPARATION
Prepare an espresso or a mocha coffee.    
Turn out the almond milk cubes and place 6 or 7 in a large glass.
Pour the hot coffee over the ice without sweetening.
Serve with a straw.

Almond-milk ice cubes    
Dilute the almond milk syrup with cold water.    
Pour into the ice cube trays.    
Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
