The Lavazza espresso is prepared in a small glass and topped up with hazelnut cream.

The very first sip reveals this speciality’s two core essences: hot and cold, sweetness and strength, coffee and hazelnut.

PREPARATION
Prepare an espresso in a small glass.
Top up with 30ml of Hazelnut Cream.
Decorate with a light dusting of ground coffee.

Preparation of Hazelnut Cream (8 portions):
Pour the double cream and hazelnut topping into a large bowl.
Whip with an electric whisk.

We recommend preparing this recipe with espresso coffee.
