Coffee sorbet

After lunch or dinner, coffee sorbet is undoubtedly the perfect finish. Let its fresh flavour and distinctive coffee aroma win you over.

PREPARATION

Prepare an espresso.
Dissolve the sugar in the espresso and add water, mixing well.
Then add cream and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a plastic container and leave in the freezer
for 4-5 hours (Leave larger quantities longer in the freezer).
Once cooled, crush into die-sized pieces.
Add the spoonfuls of liquid espresso and amaretto and mix
with a hand blender.
The coffee sorbet is now ready for serving!

INGREDIENTS
For 6 servings


  • 330ml (11fl oz) water
  • 180g (6.3oz) espresso (6 short espressos)
  • 120g (4.2oz) sugar
  • 150g (5.3oz) cream
  • 6 spoons of espresso and 13 of amaretto
