The concept of the Dos Palillos Restaurant is based on Spanish tapas, but with an Asian influence. Tapear – (going out for tapas) is the traditional Spanish way of dining. Here, it is married with Asian-inspired inventions you can enjoy with friends, informally, rather than eating them in the individual plates as in the conventional way.
The restaurant has two rooms: one has a traditional bar, where you can order à la carte, while the second area has a large hemispherical counter surrounding the open space kitchen, where the food is prepared "live" and served by the chefs directly. At Dos Palillos, the concept of fusion is not just about food, it also refers to the convivial dining room. Absolutely not to be missed: the Won ton frito de carne, Ankimo, higado de rape al estilo Japonés, the Japo Burger and the Wok de verduritas tiernas.
