Paolo and Barbara Masieri have been running their restaurant with great passion since 1988. It is now an international landmark for Ligurian cuisine. The quality of the ingredients, freshness and genuineness, are the starting point of the chef’s creations.
The main local specialities are Sanremo red prawns, sea urchins, holoturians, and all the shellfish, which in the Ligurian Sea reach a unique quality in terms of taste.
