Brew literally means "infused". You add cold water to the ground coffee, wait a few hours and this gives you a Cold Brew Coffee, one of the latest coffee shop trends.
A beverage drunk in England most of all, Cold Brew is the exact opposite of Italian espresso, prepared in just a few seconds.
The key word for cold brew is "slowness". The longer the wait, the better, more flavoursome and aromatic the coffee.
It is prepared with what seem to be standard laboratory beakers and the exceptionally long preparation times confer a supremely elegant air.
