Valcorp Fine Foods is not only the appointed Australasian importer and distributor of Lavazza, but is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Lavazza Training Centre concept, becoming one of the first international Lavazza distributors to establish full-time training centres.
We estimate that since the training centre opened in 1995, over ten thousand students have been trained all over Australia.
Lavazza has played a key role establishing training in the coffee industry, opening our courses not only to our customers, but also to anyone who is interested in learning about coffee.
We constantly review and update our classes to take into account new information, developing trends and innovations that have come into the industry. However, we never vary from the simple rule that we only teach methods that improve the taste of coffee - not current fads, opinions or myths. Constant contact with Lavazza colleagues and friends in Italy and Europe, make sure ideas and information are exchanged.

Our courses are recognised for their authenticity and hands on practicality. We don't waste time getting carried away with pretty designs on cappuccinos. To us it's about coffee, taste and the sharing of knowledge.
