L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival Thursday 8th – Thursday 15th March 2012
Fashion designers from all walks of life and influence look to Italy when in search of impeccable quality and style, which is no different when, we’re talking about coffee.
‘The real Italian espresso experience’, has been a labour of love for over 100 years with Lavazza coffee now served at the best establishments in Italy and throughout the world. Lavazza is a 4th generation family company, carrying the values and commitment started by its founder, Luigi Lavazza in 1895.
Sexy, young, modern and attractive are the Lavazza brand values that epitomize chic Italian sophistication and it is this that will be explored at this years L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival showing.
This years showing by Lavazza will not only entice the fashionable coffee aficionado in seek of their own Italian espresso experience, but will ask visitors to its Central Pier activation site a burning and deeply personal question. What in your opinion do fashion and Lavazza have in common?
Lavazza is proud to an ongoing partner of L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival and looks forward to serving ‘the real Italian espresso experience’ throughout the festival and inviting visitors to its activation site on Central Pier.

ESPRESSO CREATES A BUZZ ON AND OFF SCREEN AT THE
LAVAZZA ITALIAN FILM FESTIVAL For the ninth consecutive year, Lavazza will once again be in partnership with the Italian Film Festival, showcasing the authentic Italian experience by bringing together aficionados of film, the arts and of course, espresso.
Synonymous with true Italian style and flavour, Lavazza’s partnership with the 2011 Italian Film Festival will add a delicious and fresh dimension to the agenda.
Grossing over 30 million euros at the Italian box office alone, comedic sensation ‘Benvenuti Al Sud’ (Welcome to The South) will officially open the festival here in Australia and stars one of Italy’s most renowned and seductive exports, espresso. By the end of the film, the audience will be craving authentic Italian espresso and, luckily, Lavazza will be ready to satisfy, whether it be from a cup or cocktail glass.
For the Gala opening nights, Lavazza will be shaking up Lavazza Mocha Martinis from their very own cocktail bar; a delicious fusion of espresso (Lavazza of course), Galliano Ristretto, vodka and Bols White Cacao.
Lavazza has relationships with some of Australia’s top cafes and restaurants. Together, we have created an exclusive offer for Lavazza Italian Film Festival goers.
