Cherry Cold Brew

Coffee, lemonade and sour cherry syrup. Have you ever tried them together? A break with a twist, to refresh the long, hot summer afternoons.
Ingredients
for the COLD BREW COFFEE
  • 850 ml water
  • 125 ml moka pot coffee
for the CHERRY LEMONADE
  • 250 g sour cherry syrup
  • 375 g bottled lemonade
  • 4 sliced sour cherries
  • 400 ml diluted cold brew (1 to 1) (200 ml pure cold brew + 200 ml water)
  • 1 glass of crushed ice
Method
Cold Brew Coffee

Prepare the cold brew coffee, and leave it to brew in cold water for about 12 hours. Then, filter it using a previously dampened and squeezed-out paper towel or a filter or strainer (the use of a fine or large mesh strainer you will give you different results, so use the method that suits your taste). Take 200 ml of the pure cold brew coffee and add 200 ml of water. Pour 150 g of the prepared cherry lemonade into each glass with 100 g of diluted cold brew.

Cherry Lemonade

Pour the bottled lemonade and the sour cherry syrup into a large jug and mix well. Fill a glass with crushed ice and pieces of sour cherry. Pour 150 g of cherry lemonade into each glass with 100 g of diluted cold brew. Enjoy!

Presentation

Decorate with a glacé cherry.

Method

for the Cold brew coffee
