Delivery policy

Order Processing Times

Orders placed on the Website will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 4 days for orders to be processed and dispatched while we work as quickly as possible to have your order delivered to you.
Once your order is with our courier, VIC & NSW metro orders should arrive within 2-4 business days, while all other orders within Australia should arrive within 3-6 business days. Please take note that any order placed on a Melbourne business day before 1:00pm AEST will endeavour to be dispatched the same day and the delivery times will start from that day. On the contrary, orders placed after 1:00pm AEST will be dispatched the day after.
