If we do not collect your personal information, you will not be able to enter this promotion or claim a prize. We may disclose this information to third parties such as local lottery authorities and service providers assisting us with administering this promotion, for the purpose of conducting this promotion, including prize notification and fulfilment.

Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Lavazza Terms of Use which may be viewed at https://www.lavazza.com.au/en/terms-and-conditions.
3. The Promoter is Lavazza Australia PTY LTD, ABN 94 605 275 107 located at Level 9, 50 Queen St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, 1300 307 171 (Promoter).
4. This promotion is open to residents of NSW. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian, and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
5. This promotion commences on Friday the 19th of April 2024 at 5:00 pm AEST and concludes on Sunday the 12th of May 2024 at 9:00 am AEST (Promotional Period). All times are AEDT.
How to enter
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must locate a social post on either Facebook or Instagram that features this promotion. To enter, individuals must click on the link within the social post and follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit a fully completed online entry form during the Promotional Period.
7. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details are correct and up to date when completing the online entry forms.
8. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
9. The draw will take place at Lavazza Australia PTY LTD, Level 9, 50 Queen St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 at 9:00 am AEST on Monday the 13th of May 2024. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
10. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.
11. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on each person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random, and all entries will have an equal chance of being drawn.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Prize
15. One (1) winner will receive a two-night stay package at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney valued at $3,400 and a Lavazza A Modo Mio SMEG white coffee machine valued at $349 including 12 boxes of A Modo Mio Capsules (three months of coffee at 2 caps per day) valued at $150. Total prize is valued at $3,899. Four Seasons Hotel Sydney Stay Package includes:
- Two-night stay in a Four Seasons Full Harbour Club Suite for two guests.
- Complimentary Access for two guests to Executive Club Lounge 32, including daily buffet and a la carte breakfast, afternoon canapes and evening open bar.
- $300 Credit for a dining experience in Mode Kitchen & Bar.
- Two pre-dinner Epic Cocktails in Grain Bar
16. Spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, items of a personal nature, incidental in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 12 May 2025 and is subject to booking and availability. Not valid on 25 Dec to 03 Jan, or 24 May to 14 Jun, all Saturdays, blackout dates & Public Holidays. Please mention voucher at time of booking. Please present voucher to reception upon arrival at check in.
17. Payable to recipient or bearer; if lost, certificate cannot be replaced. Not valid for full cash refund. Not valid after expiration date. No refund or extension will be given. If used for room reservation Gift certificate must be presented to reception upon check-in. Prior reservation required. Gift certificate can only be redeemable at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
18. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner will be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
19. The total prize pool value of the promotion is $3,899.
20. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
22. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
23. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on at 9:00 am AEST on Wednesday the 17th of July 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if one is required, will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw.
24. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical or other difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion in whole or in part as appropriate; or (b) to disqualify any entrant.
25. The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted except when permitted by the Promoter in their sole discretion. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize (or a part of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.
26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, entry and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this giveaway (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use/redemption of a prize.
