Lavazza offers 2 subscription services. With the Lavazza Capsule-only subscription you will receive a 25% discount on our capsules with each order. With the Lavazza Machine and Capusle subscription you receive a machine from $1 subject to a minimum number of orders.

With the Lavazza machine and capsule subscription you pay from $1 for the machine plus the cost of a minimum number of orders depending on the machine you choose. Each order comprises of a minimum number of 10 boxes of capsules.
To set up the capsule-only subscription and benefit from the 25% discount you will need to buy at least 12 boxes of Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules of your choice and you will receive a regular order unless you cancel.
To receive your coffee machine from only $1, you will need to purchase a minimum number of orders ranging from 7 to 9 depending on the machine you purchase. Each order consists of a minimum number of 10 boxes of Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules.

You will receive your next order within 5 working days from the date the order is processed. Please note that the 'next order' date shown on your subscription is the date your order will be dispatched.
There are no shipping costs with your Lavazza subscription service.
The Lavazza capsule-only subscription does not have a fixed duration. You can cancel the subscription at any time. The Lavazza machine and capsule subscrition has a minimum number of orders ranging from 7 to 9 depending on the machine you purchase. If you want to cancel before all the orders are fulfilled there will be a cancellation fee.

It is your machine once you have fulfilled all the orders. If you cancel before the end of the subscription requirement there will be a cancellation fee and you will be able to keep the machine.
The coffee machine will not have to be returned. If you choose to cancel your subscription before reaching the minimum order threshold you will be charged a cancellation fee. You can then keep coffee machine.

You can choose to receive your orders every 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 weeks for the capsule-only subscription, and every 2, 4, 8 or 12 weeks for the machine and capsule subscription. Remember that your delivery frequency can easily be changed by logging in to your online account and going into your subscription page and clicking on 'manage'.
Once you have selected the delivery frequency, you don’t have to worry about anything else. Your orders will be shipped automatically.

Don’t worry! With Lavazza subscriptions you have the flexibility to change the delivery frequency, increasing or decreasing the frequency based on your consumption. You can also mannually delay your order for up to 60 days by logging in to your online account and going into your subscription page and clicking on 'manage'.
