  • What are the total costs involved with subscription services?

    <p>25% discount on Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules and free shipping on all deliveries for Lavazza capsule-only subscriptions. With the Lavazza machine and capsule subscription you pay from $1 for the machine plus the cost of a minimum number of orders depending on the machine you choose. Each order comprises of a minimum number of 10 boxes of capsules.&nbsp;</p>
  • Is there a minimum spend?

    <p>To set up the capsule-only subscription and benefit from the 25% discount you will need to buy at least 12 boxes of Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules of your choice and you will receive a regular order unless you cancel.</p> <p>To receive your coffee machine from only $1, you will need to purchase a minimum number of orders ranging from 7 to 9 depending on the machine you purchase.     <p>The Lavazza capsule-only subscription does not have a fixed duration. You can cancel the subscription at any time. The Lavazza machine and capsule subscrition has a minimum number of orders ranging from 7 to 9 depending on the machine you purchase.   • Is the coffee machine my property or on loan for use?

    <p>It is your machine once you have fulfilled all the orders. If you cancel before the end of the subscription requirement there will be a cancellation fee and you will be able to keep the machine.</p>
  • If I stop the subscription before I have reached the minimum order threshold will I have to return the coffee machine?

    <p>The coffee machine will not have to be returned. If you choose to cancel your subscription before reaching the minimum order threshold you will be charged a cancellation fee.     <p>You can choose to receive your orders every 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 weeks for the capsule-only subscription, and every 2, 4, 8 or 12 weeks for the machine and capsule subscription. Remember that your delivery frequency can easily be changed by logging in to your online account and going into your subscription page and clicking on 'manage'.</p>
  • Will orders ship automatically or do I have to place an order each time?

    <p>Once you have selected the delivery frequency, you don’t have to worry about anything else. Your orders will be shipped automatically. </p>

    <p>At the moment it is not possible to add any other products to your subscription order.</p>
  • I have too much coffee stocked, how do I pause my orders?

    <p>Don’t worry! With Lavazza subscriptions you have the flexibility to change the delivery frequency, increasing or decreasing the frequency based on your consumption. You can also mannually delay your order for up to 60 days by logging in to your online account and going into your subscription page and clicking on 'manage'.</p>
  • I won’t be home! How do I temporarily pause my orders?

    <p>Don’t worry! With Lavazza subscriptions you have the flexibility to change the delivery frequency, increasing or decreasing the frequency based on your consumption. You can also manually delay your order for up to 60 days by logging in to your online account and going into your subscription page and clicking on 'manage'.</p>
